Party Information and Rules A $25 deposit is required at the time the party is reserved. A party is not reserved until this fee is paid. This is non-refundable. There is also a party contract that must be signed. Once you have made your reservation, you may reschedule one time. Please give a minimum of 7 days' notice. If you reschedule within 7 days, you may be charged $25. If you cancel, there is NO REFUND of your deposit. Parties are scheduled for an hour and a half. You may decide younger children need less time. On Saturdays, we schedule parties from 10:30-noon, 1-2:30 and 3:30-5 p.m. We are more flexible on other days of the week. For after-hour parties, there is a fee of $25 PLUS there must be $100 spent for every hour you wish the store to be open, with a minimum of two hours (e.g. 2 hours = $200, 3 hours = $300, etc.). You may have 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to clean up, which is not included in the time charge. Party Rules *Party attendees must remain in the party room at all times. *No food until after the craft, unless prior arrangements have been made. *Ice cream must be pre-packaged in cups. *Balloons must be transported in and out of DIYC by adults only. |
